Modified Parts Washer

The Ranger Washer RS 500 we are offering here is modified for light industrial applications. It has been used and has low hours. The machine worked well for our applications. We lost the work and are selling this equipment.

Basic Construction Integrity

The RS is fabricated from 12-gauge carbon steel sheet. All seams are fully welded on both sides to assure watertight integrity. The turntable is designed to facilitate easy loading and unloading.

The inside is coated with an epoxy paint that provides a rustproof surface.

Wash Stage Pump

The washer is fitted with a 1 Hp, high volume, cast iron horizontal centrifugal wash pump. This style of washer cleans by spraying a high volume of hot soap and water at the parts. This pump delivers the performance and makes an upgrade horse power an unnecessary expense.

Manifold & nozzles:

The manifolds is arranged to deliver solution from above, below and one side of the cabinet in order to provide complete coverage. The turntable rotates parts through the spray. Two additional spray arms have been added to provide excellent coverage for small parts. Appropriate size V-jet nozzles, each screwed into a bushing, are positioned to spray the wash load without deflecting the spray from other nozzles in the system. All plumbing for the system is schedule 40 carbon steel.

Electrical supply:

The washer operates off a single source of 220 1-phase powers.

RS500 FRONT LOADING, CABINET-STYLE PARTS WASHER

Basic front loading, cabinet–style parts washer in a mild steel configuration.



CHIP TRAY

The chip tray consists of a carbon steel tray, which is mounted under the turntable. This tray in turn diverts all of the solution to a central point in the tank access area, where it flow through an easily removable, steel perforated basket. After flowing through the basket, the water returns to the main tank. This retains the majority of the sludge and particulate matter in the basket for easy removal.


DISC TYPE OIL SKIMMER

Disc type oil skimmer with 12” diameter, stainless steel skimming wheel, stainless steel squeegee blades and mild steel frame.This system is used to remove the oil from the top of the cleaning solution to a customer-supplied container. The oil skimmer has its own timer and should be operated after the washer has not run for several hours.
